Celda (Spanish for cell) consulting was born out of a need to facilitate and enhance communication of esoteric scientific and medicinal concepts to a broad range of industries. Dr. Sarvjeet Singh, Ph.D., MBA

Founding Director


Dr. Sarvjeet Singh founded Celda Consulting in 2019 with the goal of providing highly specialized services within the field of biomedical research consulting. A seasoned biomedical scientist, Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology with advanced scientific training as a postdoctoral fellow in the Division of Cardiology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UT Southwestern). In addition, Dr. Singh holds an MBA with specialization in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Singh has served as a faculty member in the Division of Cardiology at UT Southwestern for over 5 years and continues to serve as an Adjunct Faculty.

During his appointments at UT Southwestern, Dr. Singh has received numerous awards from the American Heart Association, including research fellowships, grants, and selection as a finalist for the 2010 Louis N. and Arnold M. Katz Basic Science Research Award, representing the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a junior investigator.

With more than 18 years of research experience across a wide variety of research areas, Dr. Singh has collaborated with world renowned experts, both nationally and internationally, in the field of cancer and cardiovascular disease, to solve complex translational research problems. Dr. Singh has an expertise in working with different disease models ranging from cancer, muscle, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, to immunology and his research findings have been published in high impact journals with over 1000 citations.

Dr. Singh is highly involved in his Dallas community where he serves as an Athletics Coach, Archery Rangemaster for the Boy Scouts of America, and Grand Prize Judge for the Annual Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
